I Guess I Need a Bashguard...

I've bent two of these Surly Stainless Steel chainrings. Hmmm...guess I'll have to buy a new ring and a bashguard.

The Mighty Access Lives Again, Again

Back from the retirement ranch again, the Access has brought Matty-Matt out with us for the Winter. Yes, I said the Winter. Evidently all those years of not riding when it's "wet" was because he didn't want his "good" bike to get wet and muddy. We always thought he didn't want to get wet and muddy himself. Well, easy fix for that then. A bunch of donated parts from the crew, and we have Matty out for the Winter. The Access rules!

Bridge Loop @Black Diamond

2x the bridge loop today in Black Diamond. this is a tricky uphill will some step-up roots and tight corners. I will make this someday!

Not sure if anyone else appreciates muddy tire pictures like I do...it was a great dirt day at Black Diamond.

Ridin' in Yelm w/John

Long ride today, about 16 miles. We were both pretty beat. John put my new crankset on my bike and it was working well. That in combination with a tighter chain seemed to fix my issues with loosing my chain. Oh, and a straighter ring! Shimano LX by the way. Pretty snazzy. Testing Nikon SB800 w/Lumix DMC-LX3 and Pocket Wizard remotes.
